Watch a brief video about our Knitting and Crochet Ministry
The ministry meets weekly to socialize and crafts prayer shawls, lap blankets and baby sweater sets and blankets, all blessed by members of our clergy. The prayer shawls and lap blankets have a note from the ministry member who created it and a prayer attached and are given to the recently bereaved to offer comfort in their time of loss, sick or homebound parishioners. The baby sweater sets and blankets, as well as lap blankets are also donated to local hospitals.
