Those who are homebound
You can receive the Eucharist on a regular basis from one of our Special Ministers of Holy Communion. Arrangements can be made by calling the parish office (516-489-8585). Priests are also available for the celebration of the sacrament of Reconciliation (confession) and the sacrament of Anointing of the Sick.

Those who are in the hospital
All hospitals on Long Island have priests who are assigned there to offer sacraments to a family member who is hospitalized. In emergency situations (especially if the last rites are needed), these priests can be contacted through the nurse’s station or chaplain’s office.
