On the second Saturday of each month, we invite those who wish to receive the sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick to attend our 9am Mass in the lower Church. The elderly, those with chronic illness, those facing surgery are invited to share in the outpouring of God's healing love
The Nocturnal Adoration Society of Saint Thomas meets on the First Friday of every month in Adoration and Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament between 7:30PM and 8:30PM. We encourage you to join us earlier for recitation of the Rosary at 7:15PM.
The St. Thomas Divine Mercy Ministry welcomes you to join us the 3rd Friday of each month at the St. Thomas the Apostle Lower Church. There is the Sacrament of Reconciliation from 7-7:30pm. The Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament begins our prayer service at 7:30pm until 9pm. Excerpts from St. Faustina’s Diary are read as well as, the Gospel of the day, and recite the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. There is a time for quiet prayer as well as prayer through song.
Morning Prayer, part of the Liturgy of the Hours, is prayed every Tuesday at immediately after the 9:00 Mass in the Lower Church. Booklets are provided. If you go to the 9:00 Mass on a Tuesday, stay just 20 minutes more for Morning Prayer.
The Blessed Sacrament is exposed for quiet reflective prayer each Tuesday from 10am until 6pm and each Friday from 10am until noon.
This is a spirited discussion of the Sunday readings followed by a time for prayer of various kinds. It takes place once a month (usually on a Thursday evening) for about 90 minutes. Do you want to share your faith in a small group setting? Would you like to gather with others to offer prayers based on the seasons of the Church year, as well as for your personal needs, and those of the parish and global families? Are you looking for a place to discuss your experiences at Sunday Mass with fellow parishioners?
